List Notebooks with Deleted Pages

OneNote has difficulties to sync books on IOS devices that have content in the recyling bin. This marcro helps to identify books that have deleted content. Creates a page with a list of all open notebooks and displays the number of deleted pages. A link to the notebook is created to navigate the book.
